If you’ve not received a collection code

Your collection code will usually be generated within a minute but it can take longer.

Please check you have your full address on your record. We’ll need this before we can issue your prescription. If your address was missing and you’ve updated it, you should receive your code within 15 minutes.

When your collection code is ready, you can view it in the Babylon App:

    1. Open your prescription notification
    2. Tap View my collection code

Your Signature Rx collection code will also be sent to your registered email address. The email will be sent from noreply@signaturerx.co.uk. Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please call Signature Rx on 0333 355 5990 and they’ll look into this for you.

In most cases you’ll only receive a collection code if you’ve arranged to collect your prescription using the Babylon App. If you’re using the Babylon Web Portal, you’ll be asked to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from.
