If you’ve not received a collection code

Your Signature Rx collection code will be sent to your registered email address. The email will be sent from noreply@signaturerx.co.uk. Please check your spam folder.

If you’ve not had the email, check you have your full address listed on your Babylon account. For a prescription to be legal, it must have your address listed. Without an address we are unable to issue a prescription. 

If your full address is not listed, please update your address. Once updated, you should receive your collection code to your registered email within 15 minutes.
