Collecting a prescription

Arranging the collection of your prescription is different depending on your location and if you’re using the:

 

Arranging collection of your prescription using the Babylon app

Prescription collection in the UK

If you're using the Babylon app and have the latest version of the app, you'll get a unique collection code to collect your prescription from any UK pharmacy.

How to get your collection code

    1. Tap on your prescription notification
    2. Select Pharmacy collection
    3. Tap Get your collection code
    4. Once your code has been generated, tap View my collection code

If you have notifications enabled for Babylon, we’ll send a notification when your code is ready. Your code will also be sent to your registered email.

 

Once you have your code

    1. Go to the pharmacy of your choice with your collection code. 
    2. Tell the pharmacist you have a prescription generated by Signature Rx.
    3. Present them with your collection code and your date of birth. 

The pharmacy you choose can dispense your prescription by visiting www.signaturerx.co.uk

 

Prescription collection in Ireland or Channel Islands

If you live in Ireland or Channel Islands, you’ll be asked to choose your pharmacy in the app:

    1. Tap on your prescription notification
    2. Select Pharmacy collection
    3. Select one of the available delivery option
    4. Tap Confirm

We’ll usually send your prescription to your chosen pharmacy by fax or email the same day unless the pharmacy is closed or it is after 9pm. In these cases, it may not be sent until the next day or when the pharmacy is next open.

We'll send you an email when your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.

If the pharmacy has not received your prescription, check you have your full address listed on your Babylon account. For a prescription to be legal, it must have your address listed. Without an address we are unable to issue a prescription.

If your full address is not listed, please update your address. Once updated, contact our Support Team and they will resend your prescription.

 

Arranging collection of your prescription using the Babylon web portal

If you're using the Babylon web portal, you’ll be asked to choose your pharmacy.

We’ll usually send your prescription to your chosen pharmacy by fax or email the same day unless the pharmacy is closed or it is after 9pm. In these cases, it may not be sent until the next day or when the pharmacy is next open.

We'll send you an email when your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.

We recommend calling the pharmacy to check they have the medication you need in stock before selecting them or travelling to collect your prescription.

To arrange collection via the Babylon web portal:

    1. Log into your account and go to Notifications
    2. Tap your prescription notification
    3. Select Collect from pharmacy and tap Continue
    4. Select the pharmacy from your list or tap Add pharmacy
    5. Confirm your selection
