For your code to validate, your full name and date of birth for your Babylon account must be identical to your insurance policy details or employers record. If they are not identical, your code may not be recognised on your account. You should contact your insurer or employer to check your details.
You can update your registered personal details with us in the Babylon app:
- Go to Me
- Tap Clinical records
- Tap Personal details
If you have any middle names, you’ll need to add this into the first name field after your first name.
Once you have updated your details in the Babylon app to match your insurance policy or employers details, try the code again. If you are still having issues with a code after this, contact our support team.
