There are a number of reasons why a code may not be working. We’ve put together a list of steps for you to follow to try and resolve this:
1. Check your full name, including any middle names and date of birth registered on your Babylon account, to match your employer’s or insurer’s records.

2. Check with your employer or insurer your code's activation date. If you have access to Babylon through your insurer, this will usually be your policy start date. The code will only work from its activation date.
3. Check with your employer or insurer that your code remains active and has not expired.
