We work closely with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to monitor our services and maintain high standards of care.

The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England and they want to know what you think about the care you have received from our service.

Please tell them about your experience of our services by completing the survey using the link below. Alternatively, you can tell us about your experience of care anytime online at:

www.cqc.org.uk/yourexperience or by telephoning 03000 616161.

Remember your feedback will always be treated confidentially. The CQC may not respond individually to your feedback but may contact you for more information if you have provided contact details.

When responding, the CQC would like you to focus on your experience in the past year and think about: Were staff caring and did they treat you with dignity and respect? Were you involved in decisions about your care? Were you listened to? Was the environment safe and hygienic? Were your needs responded to with the right care and treatment at the right time? How safe did you feel?

Please tell us what you think about this service (good and bad) by clicking here*
