How to get your medication delivered
Once you have received your prescription notification you can select medication delivery on the app.
Our delivery partner operates 09:00AM - 05:30PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. If you want your medication delivered, you must select your delivery preferences in the app during these opening hours. Once confirmed, you'll be emailed within an hour to arrange delivery and payment.
Outside of their operating hours, you will not be able to select delivery as an option. You can choose to collect your medication from a pharmacy or wait until you are able to select delivery in the app. This will be during our delivery partners operating hours.
For updates, to change, or cancel your order, contact our pharmacy partner directly. Their details will be on the email they sent you.
Same/ next day deliveries are available in Central London (within M25).
For any other areas in England, your prescription will usually be delivered within 48 hours. This can vary depending on location and the postal service in your area.
All deliveries in England are free.
Rest of the UK
Outside of England, if you have to pay a delivery charge, this will be calculated at checkout with your order.
