The pharmacy has not received my prescription

If it has been over an hour since you chose your pharmacy in the app, tell the pharmacist that they should have received a faxed or emailed private prescription from Babylon Health. 


You'll also need to make sure your address is present in the app before choosing your pharmacy. To check this:

  • Open Babylon
  • Tap the Me icon (thul-F40178F8-2F87-40A1-B22EAB730AB3301B.jpg) on the Home screen
  • Select Account details


If the pharmacist still can’t find the prescription, please contact our support team.
