We try to start appointments on time, but some consultations can take longer than expected.
If your clinician is running late, we will notify you and ask you to wait a little longer. Please make sure that notifications are enabled for the Babylon App under your phone settings.
While you wait, it’s worth checking that your registered phone number is correct. To check:
- Go to Me
- Clinical Records
- Personal Details
Your phone number will be listed under Phone where you can edit if needed.
Occasionally things outside of a clinician's control cause a delay, such as if they need to take longer with another patient. Most delays are between 5 and 10 minutes and you will be notified.
