You’ll receive a notification in the app shortly after your appointment to let you know that you have a prescription, usually within an hour. If you've been prescribed high-risk medicines, it may take longer.
You can then choose to collect your prescription or have it delivered to a location of your choice.
You’ll need to add your address to your Babylon account before we can issue your prescription.
Collecting your prescription
Your collection code will usually be generated within a minute but it can take longer.
If you have notifications enabled for Babylon, we’ll notify you when your collection code is ready. Your code will also be sent to your registered email.
You can use the code straight away at a pharmacy of your choice.
Getting your prescription delivered
Once you have selected to get your prescription delivered, our pharmacy partner Phlo will send you a link to schedule your delivery and arrange payment. This is usually within an hour of confirming your delivery option in the app. The link will be sent to your registered phone number and email address.
