To cancel a family member's subscription go to the Me icon, click on 'My Family' then tap on the name and you'll be given the option to downgrade their membership. It then asks are you sure you want to downgrade membership > Tap do not continue to cancel> The app then asks why you have decided to downgrade> then press continue.
