The NHS Online: 111 app is a service being piloted in North London to provide patients with access to fast, safe health advice 24/7, 365 days per year, in just a few taps. Over time, it will provide patients with an easy, convenient way to access all NHS services from their mobile phone.
For now, it includes:
- Symptom checking and access to trusted healthcare information: health issues can be worrying, and it can be difficult to know what to do next about your health concerns. Just type your symptoms or health question into the app, and it will help you make the right choice about whether you need to be seen by a GP or at a hospital, or whether a visit to the local pharmacy or staying at home might be the best option.
The app is constantly improving, so please check back regularly for improved functionality.
Please note that whilst the NHS Online: 111 app is being piloted, it is only suitable for patients aged 16 or over, and for patients within certain parts of North London. Please check to see if you are eligible here.
