Your medicine may not be in stock at the pharmacy you selected or your consultation may fall outside of our clinical support hours from 8am-10pm. The clinical support team will contact you if there are any problems with collecting your prescription within the hour. Any prescriptions generated outside of 8am - 10pm will be processed the next day.
