One-off prescriptions

Contact our support team on 0330 303 8000 or send us a message with:

• Your full name
• Your date of birth
• Your address and postcode
• The names, addresses and postcodes of the pharmacies you want to use
  
  

Repeat prescriptions

After you set up a repeat prescription, you can choose where to collect your medication in the app:

1. Open eMed.
2. Go to Me then Repeat prescriptions.
3. Select the medication and tap Next.
4. Tap Change pharmacy.
