Weight Loss medication - How to order your next dose


Each month, as you’re getting close to your final dose of your current pen, we’ll send you a link to complete a short questionnaire. 

 

Follow the link in your reminder email or text message

We’ll send the reminder to complete the questionnaire via email and text message as you're getting close to your final dose of your current pen. This questionnaire will ask you about any updates to your current health and how you’re getting along with the medication.

 

Clinical review

Once you've completed your questionnaire and the next payment has been taken, our clinical team will review your information and if you remain suitable, will issue your next pen. Provided you complete the questionnaire within 48 hours of getting the reminder, we’ll deliver your pen in time ready for your next check-in date.

 

I’m going on holiday - can I get my next dose earlier?

Yes, we can arrange for your next dose to be sent to you earlier if you’re going on holiday providing we have enough notice. We ask that you give us a week's notice if you need your medication earlier to give us enough time to review your application and send it out to you.

We’ll take your next payment early to cover the cost of the medication. You can ignore the next notification you get to complete the refill questionnaire after submitting the form.
