Certain situations cannot be addressed during a digital appointment, and may require a face-to-face visit. These include:

• Vaccinations
• Blood tests
• Smear tests and other procedures
• Baby check-ups
• Some physical examinations
• Certain medications, including controlled or restricted substances

Please note that we do not currently provide in-person appointments, so you will need to seek an alternative provider for these services.
