If you do not access your services directly via eMed some of these FAQs may not be applicable.
Please contact our Support team or your provider directly if you have any questions.

 

Even though eMed is a UK based service, you can use some of our features from anywhere, either via the app or online.

While you have the ability to speak to a UK clinician from most countries, our services follow UK laws and regulations.

However there are some you can’t, these are:

Before booking, please check for any local restrictions on consulting with a clinician outside of the country where you are currently situated.

 

Why are you unable to consult in some countries?

We are only able to consult in certain countries due to varying rules and regulations on telemedicine and virtual consultations around the world.
