Accessing your appointment history

In the mobile app:

To access your previous appointments:

Select Appointments
Choose Summary to view your consultation notes

On the web:

Log in to your account
Select your initials in the top right-hand corner
Go to Clinical Records and select Appointments
Choose an appointment from the list to see your previous notes
