If you would like to delete your account, please submit a request on our Data Subject Rights portal.

Before making a request:

1. Download a copy of any active referrals you have - you may need to provide this to your private health insurance or provider for further treatment

2. Cancel your subscriptions in the app and then delete the app

Please note, eMed will keep your medical records in accordance with our retention policy, which follows record management guidance from the Department of Health and the British Medical Association.

Any data held will not be given to any other organisation and will be kept under strict technical and organisational controls, which complies with best practice for the keeping of health records. Strict confidentiality and data security provisions will apply at all times.
